Oskar drives Concordia AI’s research on frontier AI governance, promoting international coordination and risk management. He is a PhD candidate at Johns Hopkins University and has previously worked at Huawei Technologies and lectured at the University of Amsterdam. Oskar was a Yenching Scholar at Peking University and a fellow at the Centre for the Governance of AI and at Cambridge ERA.
