Xinyi is dedicated to frontier research and consulting in AI safety issues and governance practice. She previously worked at Beijing Zhicheng Public Interest Law Firm, where she conducted legal research, litigation, and policy advocacy in public interest law, with key areas including labor protections, children’s rights, and NGO compliance and capacity building. Xinyi attended Peking University and Harvard Law School, earning a Bachelor of Law degree and a Master of Laws degree, respectively.
